EVOMECS User Forum 2025

This year's EVOMECS User Forum on 29.10.2025 in Frankfurt was once again a special moment: a day full of open discussions, practical insights and shared perspectives on the production of tomorrow. High above the rooftops of the city, it quickly became clear what this meeting is all about - no frontal lectures, but real dialog at eye level. Users, developers and product experts did not work side by side, but together.
Practical reports that change everyday life
As every year, the focus was on real application examples. Various companies demonstrated the improvements they have achieved with EVOMECS in their daily operations:
More transparency on the store floor
Kegelmann Technik used the forum to explain the effect of its Telegram notifications in the machine environment. Clear group structures ensure that faults are immediately visible, response times are reduced and the burden on day-to-day operations is significantly reduced.
Clean interface processes as the basis for efficiency
The Blum Group presented how precise ERP integration stabilizes and simplifies processes. Automatic time recording, clear process data and the elimination of duplicate entries ensure higher data quality and greater transparency.
Plannable processes through active production planning
ESCHA showed how structured planning leads to realistic and reliable delivery dates. Daily coordination, clear responsibilities and consistent data maintenance make planning more reliable - and communication with customers much easier.
70% less search time in tool management
Krämer+Grebe demonstrated how consistent digitalization has reduced the search time per tool from seven to two minutes. Clear tool identification, tool life information and a complete history not only increase speed, but also process reliability.
Consistent CAM data for stable results
Henkel Modellbau demonstrated the advantages of a centralized CAM database. Consistent geometries and cutting parameters lead to more stable machining processes and better surface quality.
Transparent process chain at R&R Formentechnik
Consistent information and quality management ensures a clear overview of every step of the process chain. This makes quality assurance faster, more traceable and more reliable.

Working, discussing, thinking ahead - together
There was plenty of room for exchange between the practical impulses. A stopover on the visitor terrace of the Main Tower not only offered an impressive view, but also the opportunity for in-depth discussions and new perspectives - a moment that many will remember.
Group work: What does the store floor really need?
A highlight of the day was the joint work on future EVOMECS functions. The focus was on two areas in particular:
- Which AI use cases could bring the greatest added value?
- What information would users like to see in an ideal dashboard?
The participants contributed numerous concrete ideas - from intelligent assistance functions and automated suggestions for planning, tool management or setup processes to dashboards that not only display but also actively support. This feedback helps us to make the platform even more intuitive, forward-looking and effective.
Insight into new functions and developments
We also presented several new features that are currently under development or already available:
- enhanced planning with close ERP integration and real-time control
- new functions in PRM, TAM and TM
- individually configurable interfaces
- transparent stock overviews
These features show how consistently EVOMECS is being developed in the direction of consistent, intelligent and easy-to-use store floor processes.
Conclusion: The best ideas are created together
The user forum has once again shown that the further development of EVOMECS is created where it should have an impact: directly on the store floor and in an open exchange with our users. The mixture of practical insights, discussions, group work and visionary topics is what makes this event so valuable.
A big thank you to everyone who helped to think, discuss and shape the event.
We are already looking forward to next year.
